Michael
is the face of TLC Tech, marketing the company and working
closely with all his clients. With over 15 years of technology
training and management, Michael has developed the gift of
explaining computers and technology in a way they will understand – by
speaking human. Prior to starting TLC Tech, Michael taught
technology in Elk Grove before opening his own web design
firm, Sac Web, in 1995. Today, he works extensively with major
businesses and individuals, helping them solve their computer-related
concerns.
- Doug Chappell
Doug
is a Microsoft Certified Professional in Windows 2003 Small
Business Servers and provides his clients with over 10 years
of experience in the information technology industry. Before
joining TLC Tech, Doug worked for the United States Air Force,
Alliance Computer Technology, Cima Systems and the County
of Sacramento. His extensive hands-on experience and training
includes: Windows Active Directory Administration, Cisco routers,
various Microsoft Windows operating systems, network protocols,
firewalls and hardware publishing.
- Bill
Profitt
Bill is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer with over
10 years of experience under his belt, working with servers and
providing support for desktop applications. Bill served in the
Army for three years, working with a team of specialists to maintain
communications for the 3rd Corp Commanding General at a 99.6%
success rate. He has worked on many projects, from small application
upgrades to multi-million dollar roll-outs, at companies such
as Intuit, RR Donnelley Financial, eGroups/Yahoo, Everdream and
Ascendence. Bill also has experience working as a consultant
on numerous telecom, server, desktop and networking troubleshooting
jobs.
